Facebook is quite high of social networking, and therefore advertising. You wouldnt notice it directly, but all your 'likes' etc get noticed by your friends and the information is used to advertise more products to you |

Advertising laws are changing in the UK so that companies cannot put their facebook/twitter addresses on their products and adverts as it's seen to be promoting one social network over another. In the future all they'll be able to say is 'find us on most major social networks'. |
