Any mods around to explain this thing?
It seems a bit random when it kicks in and selective some posts have the r word in them and others get instantly blocked with "we cannot slow posts about x etc" message.

Different mods I expect and some threads slip by if nobody reports them and no mods are active on forum at the time.
The best thing is not to make threads or comments about banned subjects, they are banned for a reason..x |

It's not a mod thing its automatic before you post so you cant post it.
What i don't get is its kicked in when ive quoted posts before
So why was it ok to post the first time but not ok to quote it is what confuses me.
Is it platform specific, poster specific, time specific etc? |

Yeah I'm not disputing the rule.
I'm confused by the inconsistency of the filter.
For instance the main times its come up is when talking about going to the police.
Black...mail also gets filtered occasionally.

They are obviously doing their best to meet the government guidelines, we all know that they're there and we have to accept it, or fight it through the political/legal system if you feel so inclined  |

What government guidelines?
Many forums use auto censor software usualy they just change the offending word to **** thouh |
