I had a meeting with a lovely guy who had the same piercing as you. I couldn't get on with it during oral. I was also worried it would somehow interfere with my coil threads. Didn't want to risk it. I kindly asked if he wouldn't mind taking his prince out. He didn't mind at all. So for me I'm afraid I wouldn't like it.

As a fellow man with a Prince Albert I can say some women will be put off and some are curious and happy to play, I would always offer to play soft/remove it for play if it is a problem, but I wouldn't get rid of mine (especially after going through the effort of stretching it)
