Has anybody received a parking notice from these. If so, did you pay or ignore it. If you ignored it, did you get taken to court. Have read that these are unenforcable but still don't know to ignore it or not.

You don't have to pay it ,they cannot enforce it ..if in doubt double check I'm sure there's something on Martin Lewis site ..but I know no one that's ever paid it ,reason being I believe it's only councils and police fines that cannot be ignored ..private land fines would cost them to much to enforce hence the reason they right so many ...some will pay some won't

Don't pay it, it's not worth them taking you to court because their fees out weigh the fine. And I think legally they can only fine you for the cost to them of the offence. So if you was parked in a bay for an hour more than you paid, then you'd only be obligated to pay them for that hour. But take that part with a pinch of salt or do some googling

I had one of these chose to ignore it and the fine got bigger and bigger in the end they did take it to court ended up paying £240 for a £60 parking charge they have an office attached to Northampton law courts that now chase them up it took them over a year to do it though

Go to either www.pepipoo.com or the Martin Lewis Moneysaving Expert forum and look You will find lots of very good and up to date advice on what you can do to challenge the private parking cowboys.

Don't ignore them, challenge them but be guided by the experts on the two forums.

Might be better posting on the Scotland forum as the law is different between Scotland and England.

Also, depends on the circumstances and the company concerned.
