I'm trying it in the yoghurty drink form. I'd had the other pukey liquid before and didn't like it.
I'm looking at pre-biotics too as I keep getting ill with silly things. I just can't work out which ones to get and they're too expensive to try them all. |

In Eastern Europe people use a lot of that- as a drink for special meals or to prepare salad, similar to natural yoghurt, just a drink. I like it and it's healthy |
