I love me! Funnily enough just going out the house, barely any makeup on, hair fluffy and curly and just leggings and jumper and I feel prettier than when i spent hours getting ready on monday! |

I use to not be able to leave the house without makeup or my hair not 'perfect'. Now I've grown up, I've learnt to love myself and I couldn't be happier  xx |

Same and just walked round tesco smiling at anyone who made eye contact and its amazing how many smile back... just smile feel happy and confident best way to be |

I love this! I also try compliment others whenever I can to make them feel great about themselves. It makes me feel good knowing that I've helped boost someones confidence.  |

Thats lovely! I tried to be nice to everyone I spoke to at the supermarket before just to make them feel a bit more human, its suprising how much you can see them perk up at times!
