"is anyone else experiencing difficulties when adding people??
ive added an address and its saying offline  "
not an expert but can a person not set it to show their status..
so maybe they are offline |

yeah we tried to block and then unblock each other.. but still both showing as offline.
we can exchange emails though. |

We had it the other week, tried signing out and in again, rebooting comp, sending an offline message.
Sometimes it worked sometimes it didnt - bloody thing  |

Have you both tried signing off and then on again
I was showing as offline last night to someone but to me I was showing online,logged off and it was ok after that |
