Would love to know if any airbnb hosts are swingers? I've stayed at a several places and a couple of the times I've looked one here for meets and people have been right on the door step. Would make for a good meet |

In my opinion, yes.
First hostess couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful; we hired a private room in a family house with shared bathroom. Second time was a private one bed apartment, which was safe and secure. Unfortunately our third booking got cancelled less than 24hrs beforehand. Owner extremely apologetic and we were compensated.
Would definitely look at airbnb again in preference to staying in a hotel. |

I would be worried about getting there and no one there
Would hate to stay in a house with a family as would have no privacy
Might consider a private one sometime but we need opinions of other people

We've had great experiences with airbnb
Read reviews as usually a good indication of the host, the home and the facilities around
I agree much prefer renting a whole apartment flat house x |

I've used housetrip and airbnb for places in Berlin, Edinburgh and London.
Have only ever gone for renting the whole place and have found some really nice properties.
The cancellation thing is something that still concerns me but so far I haven't had to deal with it. |
