Perhaps because it was on offer, or perhaps because I feel that I should cut back on my alcohol intake a bit, I have recently purchased some "Bud Light".
I probably should have known better, but I did it anyway (seems to be a theme in my life).
Can anyone explain the point of this stuff please? It tatstes of .iterally nothing. |

"Put it in the fridge. On a hot day you will really enjoy it.
I actually really like the stuff. "
I did refrigerate it - I had a few cans last week around a campfire with my daughter and I've just opened one now.
I mean, it's not that its weak - I quite like mild, for example, it's just that it doesn't taste of anything. |

Given that I didn't want it to be strong, what would you suggest? Weak bitter appears to be Smiths or Creamflow and they are both horrid. |

The point of bud light is the company that make it had very few none premium lagers ie beers under 4.8/5% so some bright spark decided to water budwiser down to fill the gap ish.
The point of your buying it is anyone's guess. Why not just buy your normal beer and a bottle of lemonade after all that's all they're doing |

It's the placebo effect, like drinking Bottle Green elderflower in a wine glass.
Pretty pointless I suppose but sometimes does the trick, probably depends on your 'relationship' with alcohol. |

"Radler is better....
2% alcohol.
Cloudy lemonade shandy that isn't too sweet
YES! I love this ....I so miss Germany "
You can get it in Lidl, but I think they only do it in summer.
I like it, and it's very refreshing, but it tastes like shandy, not beer.
Sureley they did market research before they launched Bud Light.... I would have thought that people who liked beer, wanted beer to taste of beer....
