I had a guy come to my house today for me to sign some forms. I had to sign them and he was taking them away. It was a 5 minute job.
I invited him in while i signed them and he said they werent allowed to when i asked him why he said for their own safety. Has society really come to this. It was only for something on my pension |

i can see the point but i dont want to start doing my business stood on my doorstep so if i know in advance id chose not to deal with these companies. It was the first id heard of it

I had some new scaffolding poles delivered last week. When the guy pulled up I told him straight through to the back, only to get told "sorry, I'm not allowed to step over the threshold of the house. I'll just leave them on the drive" |

Its horrible when its cold and wet too. Things like that used to be done at the office of the company but I guess the local ones have all been closed.

I miss being a plumber sometimes.
