Who thinks there should be a name and shame section added to profiles fir people who arrange meets but fail to show like a reliability score, obviously it'd have to be checked but then messages could be posted for proof |

No way, ppls perceptions of events are invariably way off reality. I wonder if half of these problems arise through one person's eagerness to meet. I know this isn't Marry a Shag but take some time at least to get to know who you're going to be intimate with. I could be way off here, but it's much more fulfilling meeting someone who has a clue about what turns you on  |

As above: Too many nutcases, out for revenge, or get a kick from causing others grief.
You can report a profile, without them knowing. If enough people report that profile, admin could eject them from the site, if they wanted. You can still get people ganging up on someone and lying, but there's nothing much can be done about that. |

No, but I think the verifications system could be beefed up a bit to give more of an eBay type feedback.
