met bob cately at tamworth rail station, blayze bailey (used to deliver his mail in my post college days), julian cope and met ed alain johnson a coupke of times, once at oxford circus and once in oxford itself.. and if we go way back into the mists of time I met Steve Perryman at one of our local pubs... of course, there was also Barlinnie's very own Big Dirk

no was at one of his mansions in oxfordshire.massive place he had a lake with those small hovercraft type things for ppl to mess about with and his round the world balloon was there too.oh and he got ratarsed lol tried to walk along the top of one of the tents along the ridge pole but kept falling off

In a Hotel Management career of over 25 years, I met all types of celebs.

Barry Manilow, Elton John, Bucks Fizz, Hale and Pace, Sue Barker, Manhattan Transfer, Harlem Globetrotters, Leo Sayer, Norman Collier, Scottish World Cup Squad (1970's), Radio 1 DJ's (in the 70's), Last of the Summer Wine cast (1980's), Dawn French, Lenny Henry, Ade Edmondson, John Cleese, Seb Coe, Tommy Cooper, Roy Castle, Various snooker stars, ABBA, Princess Anne, Princess Alexandra, and Billy Connolly (he took me and my girlfriend out to dinner in London, where at the restaurant, I was introduced to Michael Caine).

There were other celebs; if I'd more time, I could recall them!
