Meet that went terribly wrong

Well I had a meet in London yesterday and it went terribly wrong. I won't tell you all of the details as it's unfair to the other couple on here.

From walking into their house I never felt comfortable and it was like the lady wasn't expecting me there.

After a short while I made my excuses and left without playing.

How can I pick myself up after another bad meet?

Did they perhaps think you were a couple?

If they've not blocked you perhaps you can chat about what went wrong. Sometimes talking can help.

somewhere down the rabbit hole, Aberdeen

How did you leave things? Were they surprised or disappointed when you left? Have you spoken to them since?

You felt uncomfortable and made the right choice for you (and possibly the lady) by leaving. It might not have gone as you'd planned/hoped as you didn't get to play, but you didn't compromise your standards by staying and continuing - put it down to experience and look at it positively instead of as a terrible meet.

The gentleman was disappointed but I felt that the female was being pushed into it so I left as consent by all concerned is a must before I play out any scenarios

I had a similar experience some years ago, met a couple at a social, invited back to there room at the hotel but something didn't feel right ....... made my excuses and left.

Some years later...... met the lady from the couple at another social...... it turned out that her ex husband was pressuring her into meeting guys at socials to feed his vouyeristic and controlling nature.

I just knew something was not right, we had a good chat and fun was had in the end, but on our terms ..... not his.

It's always made me wary of meeting couples, but I'm not tarring all with the same brush, I hasten to add x

It happens with couples meeting couples too, we have had that. I wouldn't be inclined to contact them again. Better luck next time.!

We have a code word we use if something feels off with a meet so we can make an excuse to leave...

If something feels off, it normally is. You did the right thing, dont stress about it and walk away knowing you at least made the right choice

You did the right thing. Trusting your gut instinct. You might have gotten in there and it may have been fine, but its not worth risking it.

Had this in messages.

I've been talking to the husband and I've felt like the whole thing was a fantasy in his head and she knew nothing about it.

Also had this a few years back but ironically it was the other way round..she wanted the meet more than he did, we were going at it and he was fidgeting in his seat as if he was just about to kick off, I had to call it off, got dressed and left.

He was fucking HUGGGGE (muscley type of huge) and no way was I hanging around.
