hi i had a interveiw for a new job on tuesday,just had a phone call saying i have it and start monday,thing is im really nervous as i hate starting a new job,not nowing anybody and all that,do others on here feel the same about starting a new job? |

Congratulations! Iron your uniform on Sunday night and take an apple for the teacher and you wont go far wrong.
Remember they wouldnt have given you the job unless they thought you were the right person to do it.

Congratulations.
The first week is always tough meeting new people and rying to remember names and job titles. thats why I always offer to make tea for people, helps get you in peoples good books and chatting to people.

im in full job search mode ... had an inter_iew yesterday for a fab job, it went really well ill be gutted if i dont get a similar phone call .... to the OP well done on getting the job its tough out there |

1st day of a new job is always an apprehensive time, just relax and enjoy (in a very non swinging way...unless you're gonna be a trapeze artist!!)
