Morning Fabbers, what's on your breakfast menu today?

I've gone for a greggs bacon, sausage and egg baguette just due to feeling destroyed from a stag weekend.

How are we all?

500 ml full fat milk, 100g of oats, 2 bananas, 75g peanuts, 100g whey protein. All blended to a smoothie, 1500 calories of goodness.
