Have eventualy got round to watching Star Wars Rogue One.

What can I say, deaths star, hyperdrives, lightspeed, lasers and yet to send a message from an imperial ship to the rebels they need to run a big cable and plug it in??? OMG someone needs to have a word with the imperial designers, have they not heard of blue tooth or wi-fi?

forget the floor in the design of the death star, if they cant even sort out basic communications they were always doomed!

Film is totally worth it if only for the last couple of minutes.

East Midlands

It was set just before the first starwars came out - 1977 - it' lucky they didn't need to wait for the valves to warm up

"...yet to send a message from an imperial ship to the rebels they need to run a big cable and plug it in???"

Bodhi has to connect the ship to the Citadel's communications tower in order to broadcast an audio single strong enough to penetrate Scarif's shield gate.

Which wasn't in the original cut, it was a scene added cause they knew it needed something. That was the only part of the movie I enjoyed.

I loved the movie. It's not perfect but it corrects a few small things that annoyed me in previous movies. It had people. Busy streets. Shops.

The story is messy at the start and there were obviously big cuts made.

But even still it's just a good movie in my opinion

I think it's a great movie, It does start slowly I agree, and it's clear some cuts were made but the third act was brilliant

The last 5 mins are the best for any starwars fan

"OMG it was a little lighthearted banter"

That's fine.

I considered it might've been disguising a genuine question, that was all.

I loved how different the film was compared to the other Star Wars to be honest (Asides from the fact that they had to have a sassy droid)

Jyn Erso was absolutely perfect as a character, and I loved how it ended!

I am one with the force, the force is with me.

Loved it... felt true to the spirit of the originals. Even thought the droid was pretty good

I loved rogue one.

Enjoyed it more than force awakens tbh.

Seen it in dolby x plus 3d and I had the entire screen to myself!

Thought it was a great fit with the original films too.
