Had a roast at lunch.

Dinner is 750g steak mince, 400g of pasta all with a homemade spicy sauce.

Still another 1500 cals to get in before bedtime.

My friend made me a delicious vegetable pie with mash and veg and some cheesecake for after. Im stuffed but it was so good!

Just defrosted a couple of pork chops, gonna have them with some mustard mash, cauliflower & broccoli florets, a couple of Aunt Bessie's Yorkshire puddings, and some onion gravy

It's happening! Curry. Lots of it! Then the blessed oblivion of sleep after a couple night's on a freezing exposed hill in my van on a surf trip.

Maybe a rum n ginger beer (or two) to help me on the way

It was really calming. Around half 5 so most people had gone home. Just the sound of the waves and the occasional dog playing fetch on the waters edge
