It's happening! Curry. Lots of it! Then the blessed oblivion of sleep after a couple night's on a freezing exposed hill in my van on a surf trip.
Maybe a rum n ginger beer (or two) to help me on the way  |

Dinner is 750g steak mince, 400g of pasta all with a homemade spicy sauce.
Still another 1500 cals to get in before bedtime."
What on earth are you doing to require all that? |

It was really calming. Around half 5 so most people had gone home. Just the sound of the waves and the occasional dog playing fetch on the waters edge |
