Do any other ladies do it? I used to hate sleeping in one as I loved the free feeling but now they get in the way and feel uncomfortable when they roll about everywhere when I move in bed I sleep in my support/post surgery bra and it's soooooo comfy!

"Nope. I never wear a bra full stop, hate them.
The only exception is if I'm wearing it as part of my lingerie on a meet. So uncomfortable.
Eve. X"
That's crazy! I can't go without on a normal day at work and they're fake I need the support and they're not even that big maybe I'm just dramatic? Haha

I doubt it doll. As you know, mine are fake too but I just hate bras. I wore my macom post surgery one for maybe a year after but I couldnt take that any longer either.
I prefer them free but each to their own. My friend has had them for 6 years and wears a post surgery bra 24/7. Each to their own.

I sometimes wear one at night in the second half of my cycle as my boobs get very painful, had to wear them 24/7 throughout my pregnancies for the same reason.
Wearing bras has never bothered me, unless they don't fit properly.. |

Pregnancy, gaining and losing weight, not wearing a bra during exercise, also the bigger breasts are, the more they are pulled down simply by their own weight. However, the ratio of fat cells to breast tissue varies from woman to woman and this is also a factor - more dense breast tissue vs fat makes for firmer breasts. As women age, the proportion switches more in favour of fat cells so older breasts sag more. |

No bra for me in bed, but then if my nipples didn't get hard so easily I'd happily go without a bra all day, considering I've had 3 children they don't sag that much.xxxxx |

Decreasing elastin in the skin as you age is the predominant reason sagging occurs.
Combine that with hormone changes during pregnancy, (not whether you breastfeed or not as commonly thought) and or weight gain and subsequent losses (either pregnancy related or not), and sagging is a natural, normal part of the aging process.
I still don't like it though.
And yes- keeping them well supported may* help a little! xx |

I find bras increasingly uncomfortable and wear them as little as possible (but always in public, don't want to cause a riot)! If you're interested in a comfortable sleeping bra Bravissimo have just brought one out. |

It's actually quite bad for you
If poor circulation, skin irritation, restlessness, hyperpigmentation and breast fungus, and preventing your lymphatic system (which can in turn effect liver, kidneys and cancer cells) are things you would like to avoid, removing your bra at night is a small and easy precaution you can take. |
