What would most people do? Ignore? Or message back with something?"

Look at their Profile & then decide....probably then send a message such as 'you called?'; never miss an opportunity. |

"Google the number first if its a scam it may be listed, or save it is 1234 and check whatsapp or facebook see if its linked to either "
I google it and it didn't come up with anything. |

Do you have an app to check your mobile bill? Im with o2 and it updates any charges automatically might be worth checking make sure its not a scam |

take out an advert in a magazine, have a 'competition' in which the answer is bird related, lets say the answer is 'tits'
put their number in the ad as the number they need to send the answer too  900 messages saying 'tits' should be enough to annoy |
