I'll count back from ten, maybe that can help. How do you hold back from saying what you really want to say? What works for you when someone just pushes that button that will make you react?  |

On Fab? I used to say exactly what i was thinking, then endure "holiday" remorse...

I do that as well, but it has to be a drive around an ASDA car park while I eat a bueno and listening to signal 1 |

He he he ugly crying. Do you put really loud music on too? I do.
I don't like hateful words but one might slip out when I'm on my own doing a little angry scream..then I realise I sound a bit mad so sometimes makes me chuckle and cheers me up. |

If I'm that angry, I cry! Honestly no good at confrontation, huge bar of chocolate, silently carry out a character assassination in my head and then I'm done. Reaction is what they want, so better not give that satisfaction sometimes. |

I rant at my good friends op. Depending what the problem is as to which friend I choose - we are all there for each other 
I also tend to go for a drive a blast music at stupid volumes - Pantera works well for that |

It subsides for me. I don't count to ten literally. But if I sit on it, the day after, I've forgotten about it. I don't like ranting properly. it's not good for anyone. |

I found helping others with their rants or problems can help me. In theory it cancelled out mine.
Or at least it puts my issues in perspective. |
