Saturday morning, Saturday evening, all day Sunday.

Then off until Thursday.

And I'm not even getting paid for it, but it will give me very worthwhile brownie points

I wish I had the choice in the matter. I work in a restaurant along the road to the coast, good Friday is our busiest day of the year and the rest of the weekend isn't far behind. No ones allowed to book time off over this weekend or any bank holiday weekend for that matter. But it pays the bills

No choice in the matter today as it is day 4 of my run of 4 Days. Ah well i dont mind the double time. Tomorrow night is an extra to cover someone's holiday...then off until Nights on Wednesday

When working in community care I had to work Easter bank holiday, I got paid single time whilst the clients got charged double rates.Needless to say i didn't stay long .

Did love the job and have stayed in the care industry.

Some of the workforce in this country don't get a choice.
