For me it's 4 weeks, but after that period of time it hurts when you do again. I think it's healthy to get rid of the old sperm anyway.

"A month for me too. And the more you get aroused during that time, the worse the aching gets. Definitely healthier to release more regularly!"
And less embarrassing. You get to a stage where you end up getting a rock on when you are shopping or something like that and you can't get rid of it or stop finding even the most menial things arousing. |

Breathing, eating and drinking water mainly 
In seriousness though it was during a depression, I wasn't doing much other than the things listed above.
Now I release regularly and actually feel it contributes to my overall mental wellbeing |

Jesus!! I am struggling after 48 hours...got another 20 hours to go...I am not coping well lol...serves me right for putting a ban on cumming for my fwb, while we weren't seeing eachother this week...and then agreeing to the same   |
