I'd imagine it's exactly the same for any couples that play separately.. when you play 'alone' (even with permission) you're just another single male in the pack.

I felt this way when we joined as a couple, we agreed fo meet separately cause it was easier with having kids, then as I wasn't getting any interest, she suggested I create a single guy profile for myself, and she create her own single women profile, the couples profile is used purely for those who want to play with us both, needless to say, the mrs was out a lot more than me, but she has put meeting guys on hold for now, where as I still actively look to meet new people.
There is an element of jealousy when the wife is getting constant meets and all you're doing is channel hopping while she's out enjoying another guys cock, but if it's bothering you that much, maybe you should speak to her and reassess your arrangements. |

This is why we avoid profiles that say things along the lines of "Mrs is very bi and we like to start off with the girls playing and the guys joining later".
Personally I read that as "the dogs will be allowed to pick up the scraps around the table after the main meal". |

The trouble is most SG emails just get binned. It's a way to avoid that and get past the first filter. Plus the woman knows the guy is playing with the wife's consent.

You're a couple. Make your own rules. Just because the scene is imbalanced that doesn't mean you need to import that imbalance into your relationship and impose unnecessary strain on it. Couples who swing together get an equal buzz. Couples where one watches the other get an equal buzz. Couples where one is allowed to play as the other isn't very sexed have an in built imbalance they're using others to redress. In the end it's all about balance.
It sounds like tit for tat rules would help create that balance for you. She gets to meet if you get to meet. Don't let others tell you that's petty. Balance and fairness is really important in this stuff. |
