I'm going to rant anyway.

I was all set to go and do my volunteering stuff today, then just as I was ready to leave the house, boom! PTSD-style flashback leading to having to get a hold of having a full blown panic attack.

I'm having a self help day instead.

That's absolutely fine. Things can get pushed back, don't worry about that, just focus on making yourself feel better.
