love samsung and due to renew on the 21st of the month - current phone is s5 and has the removeable battery which works well for me - very tempted to stick with the s5 for now as all the latest doodars arent needed for me - not a person that needs the latest - |

Just get a small powerbank instead of swapping batteries |

Get a cheap s6..do the software upgrade and you've basically got a s7 for cheap |

"Sorry is the 8+better than than the 8
Its bigger
Bigger isn't always better lol. I've got a s7 so will wait for the software upgrade and then make my decision "
I agree, I tried one out in store today, it's hard with a big security tag on the back but I think my hands are *just* about big enough for the S8+ only time and use will tell. |

Got a sim only deal with Vodaphone
Free calls and free texts and 15gb data for 19.99 a month. Then will just buy the phone sim free. Bollocks to that being tied in and costing more over 2 years shit |

I have & use both an S5 & an S7Edge and the S7 is infinitely better in every way. |

Two stars to the left and keep going. |
From what I understand having popped in to my local Samsung store ro fiddle with one... the 8+ has a marginally bigger screen and a better processor giving improved stability and faster run times |

The processors are the same, the screen is bigger on the + version, and the battery is also slightly bigger, they are the only differences I believe. |

You have to pay extra for that option |

Considering it was scheduled for a March release and they pushed it back to make sure the batteries were fine, I'm happy Samsung have eradicated any potential issue with their flagship phone |

I had apple for years and couldnt justify the cost of upgrading to the Iphone 8 so went for s7 edge. After using android years ago I thought I would regret my decision but 6 months on and still loving the edge. |

"Hahaa iPhone 4 were amazing technology in their time ...things have moved on abit I used to have one too"
Nope things haven't moved on at all, phone rings, I ignore it, nothing changed
I have 2 types of tablet and a 2 full computers, really don't see what an expensive phone can add for me. |

Fortunately I'm not so insecure that I feel the need to have the latest of everything. Happy with my S6 until upgrade time when I will get what ever Samsung is available that suits my needs. Plus all the bugs will be ironed out thanks to everyone who paid way over the odds to get one when it was first released |
