So log on enter pass = np

look at my acount = np

try to set up a payment = please eenter pass.. *bank error* wrong pass, sorry we have frozen your online banking.

enter help, enter pass = np

ok we will send new pass within 5 days by mail.

Now no way in hell did I enter my pass wrong 6x in a row!! add to it that my online banking, the bank and the cash machine all show different amounts, resulting in easy to go over drawn and get charged.. I wonder why I bother.

All bank ever says is check your online banking.

I had the same problem with Santander ended up closing my accounts with them the next day

text alerts with your banking are quite useful,as it lets you know if youre near your limit,most banks offer it as a free service

When Santander finally take over RBS I will changing bank. I know all about RBS before you say so but I have always had the best service from them and can always wangle out of an over limit charge
