not sure what you're getting at...it's very sad,he was senselessly killed during his working day.Terrible for his family, friends and co-workers..as were the other deaths sustained in the same incident.

thoughts about what..

its very touching that he has been honoured in that way but as he was killed in a needless act of terrorism and his family have to live with that...

Thoughts on what?

I think it is incredibly touching how colleagues from around the country have attended and entirely appropriate that his funeral has been as high profile as it has.

Near Carmarthen

On a personal level incredibly sad for his family etc,

But how is this different to the other 3 people who get killed every week at work in the UK?

I feel for the teacher walking home to pick up her two daughters ... hardly any press coverage of this poor lady who was thrown under a bus . A very small fraction so far raised in donations .

The poor Romanian lady thrown off the bridge . She was going to get proposed to . I see not fund raising page .

The American guy who died tragically also .

The police officer has a full service , raised almost a million pound in fund raising aswel ect . For a job he joined n knew risk .

A solider dies in afgan or iraq . Aged 17 - 21 . Has a little bit of press coverage on the news and will only get an insurance pay out to his family .

Its very tragic whats happened to all involved but i feel for the other victims just as much as PC Palmer .

there are prominent fund raising pages for all the victims if you look for them.

I think a police officer that does in the line of duty while guarding the houses of parliament deserves the funeral he has been given.

I just feel the Police let him down tbh . No way should he not be armed on the gates .

Im not knocking his funeral . Im just saying that the others are just as deserving as he was .

the police didn't let him down it was the MPS who decided they didn't want armed people outside the gates there as it looks appressive
