It really annoys and embarrasses me when this happens. It happened tonight in the gym, they'd got the aircon on, I was wearing a vest top but you could see the nipple and the aerole so clearly, was so embarrassed as its a mixed gym and I was doing weights at the time and several guys were in the weights section.
I don't like it when it happens when I get out of a swimming pool either. Whilst swinging ill have lots of cleavage and sometimes nipples poking out the top of corsets but in real life I don't like it and cover my chest with my arms til I warm up  |

Wear a bra with a little overall padding. Bullet proof.

Or get a couple of piercings.
It won't stop the stares but you'll be able to tell yourself it's the piercings, not the nipples, they're looking at |

"i used to have this problem to but solved it by putting cotton wool pad over each nipple under the bra. And it helped to stop the chaffing of the nipples and being sore "

Ill just have to invest in some bras with a bit of padding.
The bras etc I wear in pics on my profile are not the type of underwear I wear for work. In swinging it obviously doesn't bother me, my nipples could be like torpedos and I wouldn't care.
But everyday, in real life, at work etc, I don't wear clothes that show cleavage. I have white cotton M&S bras designed for comfort but at times when I'm in a slightly colder area my nipples do stand to attention and I get self conscious.

Im disappointed that my breast pad suggestion fell on deaf ears, I was pleased with that idea! lol Maybe combining threads and using nipple clamps might confuse/distract from the actual nipple. lol

Asda sports bras are brilliant. They are padded enough to avoid nipple show, they truly support your boobs, they don't make you look any bigger and prices start at around £6 |

i used to use plasters to flatten mine but to be honest i dont bother now..theres realy no point in trying to hide them ....just embrace your gorgeous body !! |

It actually doesn't bother me at all... I'm often encouraged by master to go out in the evenings minus my bra.
But then its something master love's to look at.

Thank you Mrs Frock ill go to Asda and have a look at their bras. I am usually good when I go to the gym as ill wear my Shock Absorber bra, my boobs don't move at all when I'm wearing that thing and its very thick material but last night I was rushing so just pulled gym clothes over my daytime undies (I only wear a cleavage enchancing bra and french knickers when I'm in a private gym and then I'm doing a different kind of exercise.
Its not just confined to the gym though, its at work etc. |

The big difference is nobody would take a blind bit of notice of your nipples showing, whereas most red blooded males would be looking at nipples sticking through womens clothing. |
