Meals and nights out- don't get to do it as often as I like these days so enjoy leasurely meals in nice restaurants
Or green and blacks chocolate I get a bar and it lasts the month breaking small squares off when needed
Or tapas at home - take ages making all the yummy little dishes and then dig in with friends yum x
Damn  all to do with food  no wonder I need to shift a few lbs! |

I stopped treating myself with material things a long time ago. I buy things out of need now. (I'd have used another word here, but even my phone does t pick up what I meant to spell) I might spend a little more on an expensive version of what I wa t, I'm gullible thinking it might last longer or its better than the cheaper version.
With risk of sounding like a nob, I smile as I lie in bed from memories & experiences now, not because I own the latest iPhone.
But I do treat myself to nice food. |

if I want to treat myself- I go out and enjoy the Sun. I meet up with friends for a coffee. ok make that a moccha... I get a massage and listen to music I enjoy.
that and chocolat. and its just because I don't like shopping |
