I often find if things are bad to get my best tunes on LOUD (the only way to play rock / metal) and it always lifts my mood
What do others find works? |

I hear ya but I guess it all depends where you live. Nothing worse than the next door neighbour or the dude in the flat above playing heavy metal at full volume!
For me it can either be working it off e.g. by a rigorous cardio session at the gym, or chilling out and going to my safe place! |

And by safe place it's nothing weird or owt, just chill and relax as if I'm by the beach or whatever! |
