Another legend has passed away.

His BBC Radio 2 slot on Saturday mornings was a gem, reminding us of a certain generation, of the music we grew up with.

Few left now with such wealth of anecdotes & knowledge of that era.

Is he definitely dead? Radio 2 announced he was rarlier in the week, only for his family to day he wasn't!

He had a lovely Radio voice, enjoyed his shows.

Another broadcasting giant has passed on. I looked forward to his anecdotes and facts along with excellent little heard 60's music.
