So ive got a deposit for a place to rent and have emailed for loads of places and nobody has replied to me its just rude , I have 2 jobs and its so frustrating to find somewhere ..maybe a park bench will have to do  |

From experience, anything decent goes quick. Ring letting agents, and book a viewing as soon as you can. Emailing is a waste of time a letting agent won't reply if they;ve already got more than 1 or 2 viewings lined up as if it;s decent it will go.
And if you view and like it, make an offer there and then to get it off the market, if you waste time thinking about it, oit will go.
The rental market is a brutal environment
