Is awesome!

Been out for a 20 mile run. It's very hot and I'm dealing of some pop and a calippo!

I ring him at mile 16 and ask for a calippo, pop and a spray station with the hose to be ready for when I get back and the man delivers big style!

How laid on the trampoline drying out and wondering if I can get off it again as I may have seized up!
