I've been known to drive topless. Its nothibg to do with sexual gratification. Its temperature control. When i drive I'm not looking at other people in the vehicles, I'm looking at the vehicles on the road. If they want to look and see something they don't like that's their issue.
As for breasts being for feeding children... yes but if that eas their sole function they wouldn't be there unless you were breastfeeding, they would disappear after weaning, as in the animal kingdom.
