Do you have a pet?

I see why people have dogs, they are awesome. But cats just piss me off.

Do you have something that's different from the norm?

Or do you want a pet? If so what?

bullshit. I'm handrearing 3 kittens, at 4 weeks old they're litter trained.

only reason a cat wil soil is stress, territorial, or if their trays so grim they dont want to go in it again.

A long time ago we had two emperor scorpions: Pandora and Saracen.

We learnt important lessons in choosing the right habitat. Namely, don't pick a tank wherein the doors can be opened by a scorpion's claw. That was a worrisome two weeks I can tell you.

We also had chickens for a while. Mary Hen, Esperilla, Zulu and Scraggles. After them: Natty, Feathersley and Winterbottom.

And throughout we've had our three Cairn Terrorists: Indiana (named after an archaeologist named after a dog), Amber (named after the actress that played Tara in Buffy) and Willow (named after Willow from Buffy).

We've had a few transitory "pets" over the years too. Such as P.J. Pecks, a nestling pigeon we raised and released.

Just thinking back at all the animals we had in the family

2 yorkshire terriers - poppy and rosie

1 black lab x alsation - byron

Flat coated retriever - loki

Nova scotian duck toller - dexter

2 russian dwarf & 1 british hamster

2 cockatiels - baby & spike

2 oriental fish - andy & snudge (who lived til they were 11)

When my dad was in the police he was a dog handler so we had max his police dog but he went a bit psycho and had to be put down

Currently with my own boy that I mentioned above at my parents there is

Amber - golden cocker spaniel

Nero - black belgian shepherd, he is gorgeous but not good with other dogs and can open doors which living by the A1 means we need to keep the doors locked at all times.

"Do you have a pet?

I see why people have dogs, they are awesome. But cats just piss me off.

Do you have something that's different from the norm?

Or do you want a pet? If so what?

"

Oh dear you wouldn't want to come to my house then as I have five very clingy attention seeking cats that would really piss you off

I have a husky that's mental and loving in equal amounts. And an antisocial cat that wipes her arse on the carpet. Wouldn't swap either for anything in the world.

"I've currently got ten snakes, four tarantulas, two bearded dragons, two ackies, two geckos and two scorpions.Working towards getting a DWA licence so I can get a dwarf Caiman

Ok, hope you don't accommodate

Can you imagine the sheer terror?!

"Im just going to use your loo.....ok I'll wait there's an effin crocodile sat in the bath tub!"

I would actually have a heartattack at the sheer thought of going into his house!! sounds like a petting zoo to me! "

Dunno what you'd be worried for, they all live in tanks I do handle them all regularly though, couple of the snakes can be a bit feisty sometimes but the rest are no bother

2 cats, one is 15 and her sister sadly passed a few weeks ago,so we got a rescue cat to keep her company and because im a crazy cat lady.

Shes settling in really well ,with only minimal spats.

Jack loves the girls, but would love a dog one day, when we move somewhere bigger.
