I watched that Paul McKenna thing where he "re-educated" people in eating habits! Never really thought it would work, but decided to try just one thing!
He said that if you choose a food and imagine it covered in the worst stuff possible (hair, poo, mucus and so on) it can put you off that food! You do have to actually sit and imagine it a couple of times and you may feel a bit repulsed just doing that!
I did it to one of my favourites! Magnums!!! Mrs R will tell you, I never ate one for six months... Over the summer because the thought made me fell sick!
Really worth looking at "I can make you thin" (sure that's the title!) Diets really don't work that well and weight watchers? Lose weight for the last time? What about all the promises they made before? What about the promise they will spout next year?
Whatever method you choose, do what makes YOU happy and I hope you get to your target and find a man with an unlimited credit card x  |
