I now have a super duper Android phone, courtesy of a free Orange upgrade for being a loyal customer, with more free minutes and internet access at a lower monthly price, and have downloaded a number of freebie apps to keep me amused.
Chinese Poker
Hangman
Random Factor Mahjong
FreeCell
FallDown
Backgammon
French Vocab Trainer for Beginners and Intermediates
French Verb Drill
Also Subcard, Google News, Your Orange etc...
Anything else free worth having please?

replacement launchers are good, I use ADW Launcher pro, if you have a premium spotify account, I suggest Spotify, Chomp sms (replaces the boring messaging setup on ost androids)Translate and Wikitude are also decent
you can get most of these on a torrent file online if you would rather not pay for them (i get all my apps for free) |

New game for Android. Saw it on the BBC prog "Click" Not sure of the proper name but i think it is "Zombies Run.
You enter a destination on the sat nav and walking mode, decide how many zombies you want to avoid and how fast they walk.. Start the game and start the journey!
Next time you see a person with a phone walking eratically down the street... That'll be Zombies Run!!!
Take a look at the BBC website and search for click.. Should be second video down

Soundhound is great for when you hear a piece of music you like and don't know what it is...play it into the phone and it will tell you what it is , play it back to you and you can download the track too. You can even sing the song and most times it will get it first time. |

yes they have. another website i use to be on provided a link to download their app.
but i soon removed it as all you got was american cam girls contacting you wanting credit card details for shows.
complete waste and i also left the site as a result. |
