Ladies, where do you buy your most supportive sports bras? I'm sick of almost getting black eyes when I run on the treadmill

Try something called a booband.. a mate of mine raves about them. Its a strap that holds your hooters in place.

Freya active sports bras are the only ones I like and that support me as well as I need. Tried loads.

Been trying to buy a booband but they havent had the large in stick ffs. If i was small or medium i may not need one as bad lol.

I wear 2 at a time and still struggle to control the bounce!

Its a cost thing for me too!

I think its partly a personal choice thing too. I'm a L cup and i find bras in general uncomfortable. Don't wear one at weekends and don't own a sports bra at all...not that they exist in L...I like to bounce a bit. Lol

Shock absorber works really well.

Bit tricky to do up but they go up to a hh.

I can just squeeze in mine.

You still bounce but they bounce together and your flattened a little.

Mine cost just say of £40.

I've had a couple of Nike heavy duty support ones and combined with a gym top with the inbuilt support don't get a lot of movement.

Shock absorber, Victoria Secrets or I do actually have a really good one from Asda. Was only £7 and keeps them well contained and I run 5k 3 times a week in it!

Ooh actually you can get something called booband I think, it's just a band of fabric that sits around ate chest and holds them down so you can wear your own bra underneath.

Lol I've been known to use duct tape instead of a bra under revealing dresses. Feels great coming off

Most of mine are from primark. They come in bra sizing and fit really nicely. Really supportive on the treadmill and in circuits
