Try the Reeperbahn. It's a street in Hamburg's St. Pauli district, one of the two centres of Hamburg's nightlife and also the city's red-light district. In German it is also called die sündige Meile (the sinful mile).

This is probably a bit late now....
The Reeperbahn is great fun although be careful of some of the large groups of teenagers who hang around. Saying that it's no worse than anywhere in the UK.
If you go on a Friday or Saturday the S Bahn (underground trains) runs through the the night and there are always plenty of taxi's.
As far as sexy fun goes, where do you start? Loads of sex shops and a couple of 'live shows' plus the usual strip bars. Ladies are welcome in all but don't walk down the main red light street which has barricades and gates at either end. The working girls don't like other women in there and can get a little bit 'funny'.
It's loads of fun. We've been loads of times!
