butt plugs are designed to go up the arse but the flanges or rings that are supposed to stop the plug going all the way in sometimes are not strong enough to resist at the ass hole and all the plug gets sucked up by the rectum muscles, it happened to me once and it was so scarey, imagined hospital visit etc and I managed by relaxing as much as I could and sat on the loo and pushing very hard to have it pop out again, never again will I use a plug unless I have added extra width and protection at the bottom of the plug to stop it going all the way up again.
