On my way into work for a night shift a couple of nights ago. Cycled into work going through a residential area around 22.30pm and spotted a dark figure of a man standing directly outside his front door, start naked (pretty fit if i am honest) and had a mobile in one hand and yes.. you guessed it cock in the other and appeared to be wanking. He saw me and didnt flinch.
I wasnt close enough to feel embarrassed but wonder if I should have reported him.
He seemed to be looking out for someone or maybe watching a house opposite, who knows.
I wish I could have shouted out something to embarrass him but I was kinda shocked. What would you have said? Would you have reported him to the police? |
