I'm a teeny bit fractious. So I shall take myself off for a shower and sing blues songs at the top of my lungs until I either a) feel like I've had a long enough wallow to have got over myself or b) my fingers go all wrinkly and I get out still grouchy. Either way at least I'll be all pink and clean and I can read a book whilst I dry my hair afterwards, which should cheer me up regardless. |

I am grumpy, tired, aching, more than a lil bit light headed from too much exertion, possibly a bit emotional, but meh! feck it all! Shit has to get done, so I guess I will just crack on as always
