Mine started just over a month ago as I'm allergic to certain tree pollen's as well as other things. Problem I have is that the antihistamine I take can lower libido.

I'm a rare freak where anything I take has little or zero effect. My only solution is to keep windows closed on high days. Grass pollen is the worst offender for me. Hence our lawn will soon be a plastic one

Mine started just over a month ago as I'm allergic to certain tree pollen's as well as other things. Such an attractive look, puffy eyes and streaming nose.

Antihistamines and local honey seem to help.

Try prevalin nasal spray, I work outdoors and take that first thing and cope most of day.....

Drug free and seems to work better than the pills...

Take them all year round ..as allergic to everything as well as hay fever ... change the tablets regularly as become immune and then I'm suffering terribly

Works for me:

Buy own brand supermarket 30 day tablets;

Asda 99p one a day stuff

When you first feel symptoms -

Take one before bed each night and one first thing in morning.

do that for the first week, or until it's manageable.

Be aware, of clean hands, if you wear contact lenses.

Wash nostrils out - rinse splash water etc

Wear sunnies, if appropriate, and bad enough.

Lots of people say eat local produced honey, I've not tried that myself, and I tend to get less of it nowadays, than I did when younger.

Hope it helps.

I have allergies to just about everything so take an anti histamine every day of the year. Tried them all and now on Telfast (Fexofenadine) 180mg. They work a treat.

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

I've had the back of the throat tickle for a couple of weeks but the itchy eyes have been bothering me all week. I've rubbed them so hard in the night that my eyes are looking a bit scabby now.

The itchy runny eyes kicked in last week. Woo hoo. Another summer looking like a puffer fish is just around the corner.

I used to get it very badly. I found that the lloyds pharmacy allergy reliever that you stick up your noise with the red light works for me and I don't need anything else.

No one knows why or how it works, but it does for some people.

With a try at a tenner if nothing else is working for you. Takes a few days to kick in

Wash your hair at night, the pollen sticks to it and can make your hay fever worse!

I feel you, mine's going to start any day!

Try your local chemist they shud stock if not plenty on eBay.

Basically you put the wax on the inner side of your nose and best thing is its organic
