cam wont work on chat??

hi ive been of here about a month or so and in that time the chat seems to have changed or updated as i can no longer figure out how to start my cam. any help would be much appreciated thanks

Is it mobile or desktop cam that you're trying to use? You're seeing others ok and just can't broadcast by starting your own cam?
