2 days 2 nights, 6 off. And so on. Been doing it for years and years. Go onto days 8 till 4, Monday to Friday next week, for a year. Not really sure how I feel about it.

Try 7 years constant ..and a year on n off over 10years ... body pattern totally fucked come weekends ! ...i pick up my daughter fridays after school then fri night sat morn im climbing tbe fucking walls if i dont have a few beers ..oh and havnt got up early friday after a few hours sleep yup todays the killer day
