Regularly consuming diet fizzy drinks will make you fatter research shows. Although thay have fewer calories can trigger your appetite so that you eat more. Professor Helen Hazuda who presented the findings in california said if you compare people who consume no diet sodas to those who do , there was a dramatic difference.People who drink diet drinks put on alot more weight. Was in Daily Express paper yesterday .. Years i have been drinking diet drinks thinking thay help .... When i like the normal ones with suger , lol |

the occaisional diet isn't going to hurt you anymore than the occaisional "original" will, but too many people only drink soft drinks these days so it's hardly surprising really. |

I've heard this before. Something about the brain being tricked because its gets the sweet taste from the sweetners but not the energy and so it makes you eat more to make up for it.
I really should stop drinking POP. I drink ay too much of it |
