Started with rock/metal and that was fine...
But then I started listening to this podcast that I found... Its a comedy one... Not good when you've got weights over your head. |

Cheesy 90s pop mainly, like Whigfield, Gina G, Spice Girls, the theme to Space Jam.
Fatboy Slim, House Of Pain & Run DMC makes it more palatable for others. A bit of Meatloaf - Out Of The Frying Pan (And Into The Fire) - and Billy Idol too. |

I've a big spotify 'work out' playlist.
Lots of killing joke, ministry, girls against boys, hawkwind... Basically loud, aggressive & propulsive rock.
Sometimes go for techno, Vitalic, Joey Beltram, Jeff Mills, chemical bros...
There's also a great 80's German band called DAF who's singer sounds like a fitness instructor barking orders at you over filthy electro. Recommended. |
