Watchet

Just been looking at the ads and almost had a heart attack! !! £20 for a single woman to attend a party , but the exact same thing for a single man £60 ?? Either they're no good at maths, or just plain greedy ??

Give us single men a break please

There is always single men wanting to go so they will pay the cost, single women dont go to clubs half as much as guys or couples so they drop prices to entice them in.

Central

All the above and because they are private clubs, they are not constrained by legislation in the same ways that other businesses are.

It's interesting to ponder how our scene would have become, should it have been illegal to have differential pricing. Would places have gone out of business or just found other business models to succeed?

Putting the 'cum' in Eboracum

Yeah, its appalling how even in the 21st Century the only way clubs can be successful is to offer women up as bait.
