I admit it I'm an age fibber I am a wee bit younger than my profile states but I am looking in the mature sector .... I find the guys who lie about their age is unbelievable the biggest gap admitted was I post 55 but I really 64 .... and the biggest I suspected was -- my profile looks like the sean connery 007 era and I will meet you after ive been to the post office for my pension .... how many age fibbers have you come across |

We had a guy join us once, claimed he was in his 40s but when we opened the door it was obvious he'd knocked at least 10 years off, mrs wasn't best pleased as he looked nothing like his pics on here, we had a pleasant social evening but no play happened, dont see the point in telling porkies about your age? |

Quite a few.
Younger adding a few years, older taking away up to 10 years.
I'm not too bothered about younger men adding a couple of years, as long as they are 20+. The 50yr olds pretending to be 40 can't get away with it so much. |

I've added 10 years to my age on other sites cos I look older than I really am and I didn't want any disappointment when I met someone.
I'm being truthful on here. |

Met a woman once who said she was 36.
Met her and she was nice so no shock or anything.
In convo she said she had something to tell me?
She said she was really 44
But she didnt look it and easily looked 35/36 max.
I said wow.... How do you look so young?
She said she had to have her ovaries removed at 16 and had been on HRT ever since.
She reckoned it was that that keeps her young looking ? |

probably not having kids helped a lot. |

A man saying 30 on profile (whilst chatting I clearly stated I prefer slightly older men but he never fessed up) when we men I realised the pics he had been sending me were either his son or him at least 15yrs younger lol
Still don't know why he lied because it got him nowhere, well a coffee and chat!! If he had been honest before we met it would have got him a lot more than just coffee and a chat, he was a good looking 45-50yr old x |

"i've seen guys in their 60s trying to pass themselves off as in their 30s.
Did you still shag them when you found out they was older ?"
nope, didn't even meet them. luckily their pics were up to date, just their D.O.B was not. |

I have my real age on here, no point lying. Though I've been told that I have a baby face. Which doesn't help when people just assume younger guys are lying. |

My age is correct on here.
Like said before, no point in lying.
I'm lucky, I don't look my age anyway which has its good and bad points!
If I meet a woman, I dont care about her age anyway,I'm more interested in personality. |

I am my stated age 48 but look closer to 40...
One guy who I turned down came back with "Oh,I just looked at your profile and spotted your age, thanks anyway"... He hadn't even got as far as seeing a face pic lol.
I'm proud of how well I've aged, I find people attractive for their personality and looks, certainly not the number of birthdays they've had! Insulting someone just because they're older than you is really quite a bizarre mind set. |

We had a guy message recently, claimed to be 46. Had lots of face and full body pics but he must have been 60 at least, if I had to guess I'd say 67-ish.
Adding a year or 2 to your age when you're young i can understand, i'd be a bit more forgiving of a young adult making the slightly dubious decision to do that ( Not that we would overlook it and play with them, we just wouldn't judge them as harshly ) As for an older person pretending to be younger i just don't see the point, I get slightly paranoid as it is that people will think we're a disappointment when they meet us in person. I'd hate the extra pressure that lying about my age would bring, as well as it being just, you know, wrong.

My age is real, I do look younger and could knock 10 years off and few would guess. But I'm shallow and would much rather people think and say that I look good for 45! |

When I join didn't even think to lie about my age, why would I?
I noticed someone I know on here has lost a few years recently on top of his actual age anyway. He must of asked admin to do it for him. How fucking sad is that?? |

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound |
As mentioned on another thread, at least two people I met when they were older than me on here (and are older than me) are now younger than me. I've had one man shave 12 years off his age because 'he felt younger'.
My age goes up a month before it actually goes up but that is all. I'm not too wrinkly, because I'm fat and have good genes, but I look very middle-aged now.

Why do people actually worry about thier age everyone is attracted to someone either younger or older that's a fact ! And yes someone who does lie about age tend to be lying about other things too |
