Really what's the best way to cook bacon?! I'm doing To use George foreman. Really fancy a bacon butty on toast with red MMMMMM! Maybe even a tad a of cheese!!!!!

Under a gas grill for me only way you really get the crispy fatty bit without making the rest too overdone.

You need dry cure otherwise frying just sweats out the water they add to it, then dry fry in a nonstick pan.

I benched the idea of making breakfast, I'm sampling bacon at ultimate outdoors instead. Their bacon should meet with your exacting standards I know their sausage meets mine

Bacon is the best thing ever.. i usually get mine from a little place that specialises in bacon primarily and make sure its big thick dry cure bacon.

Always grill then on thick soft white bread, butter that melts as soon as the bacon goes on and ketchup (that brown stuff is weird and looks like runny diarrhoea, barf)

Remember you dont have to wash the grill pan straight away so get it on!

Always grill then on thick soft white bread, butter that melts as soon as the bacon goes on and ketchup (that brown stuff is weird and looks like runny diarrhoea, barf)

Remember you dont have to wash the grill pan straight away so get it on!

Was with you right up until tje ketchup, bacon should be left naked to not spoil it's flavour imo.

Ah but flavours are used to enhance the flavour, if im having Demerara sweet cure then its plain! "
